Job Description:
Ensure that the organization’s Quality Management System confirms to customer, internal, ISO
9001, and regulatory/legal requirements.
Manages Company document system ensuring its maintenance and updating, co-operating
with different company functions.
Introduce new systems and procedures where appropriate
Train others in all aspects of the quality system and application of procedures
Respond to customer complaints putting in containment actions, full analysis and implementing
short-term and long-term countermeasures.
Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer
requirements and audits.
Undertake internal and process audits of the Quality Management System (QMS).
Report to top management on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits,
corrective actions), including the need for improvement.
Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that
affect the quality of the organization’s products.
Lead regular inspection meetings with representatives from appropriate departments to
establish an action plan for improving build quality.
In conjunction with the Supplier Quality Assurance function, reduce the effect of non-
conforming supplier materials on the production area quality.
Champion à program for the implementation and sustainment of a continuous improvement
culture.
Qualification & Experience:
Baccalaureat / Baccalaureat+2
At least 2-4 years in equivalent position.
Préférence:
Experience in Composite – Pultrusion/ Thermoset/ Thermoplastic Material
or Chemical Industry, English speaking.
