Talents partners are hiring a Plant Controller for its client (Automotive company) in Kenitra – Rabat Area.

Main responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the formulation of the plant’s strategy and the overall effectiveness of the plant’s plans and operations by giving financial analysis, advice and suggestions to the Management
  • Monitor and oversee all budgets, plans and other financial information and take care they are precisely prepared and delivered on time
  • Ensure that the company’s financial and control policies are followed in order to support financial information systems, and to effectively and efficiently manage the company’s financial resources in accordance with defined group policies and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory financial and tax requirements and address all issues and principles set by the public and the group of auditors
  • Contribute to maximizing the profitability of the plant through effective monitoring of the use of the plant’s business assets, cash flow and available funds
  • Guarantee that the plant properly maintains books and records on accounts in accordance with the corporate, legal and internal control requirements
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting for the achieved results to the corporate and local governments
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of his team
  • In principle, promote high standards of conduct through a personal example and appropriately ensure that all team members understand the standards and behaviors that are expected of them
  • Monitor performance of each team member and give appropriate guidance and feedback where necessary
  • Plan and implement appropriate trainings and development programs for employees in his team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • More than 5 years’ experience in managing Financial activities in a complex organization (ideally min 500-1000 people)
  • Professional knowledge of MS-Office, SAP, US GAAP/IFRS accounting rules.
  • Knowledge of local financial regulation
  • Good command of English
  • Self-motivated person, stress resistant
  • Ability to build strong relations and networks
  • Very good interpersonal skills, strong personality being able to influence and motivate the team to respect the deadlines and achieve the targets
