TALENTS PARTNERS recruits for its Customer Manager logistique (Tangier)
Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with vendors while promoting company initiatives and values.
Research and seek out the most cost-efficient import/export shipment procedures and methods.
Organize and manage inventory by keeping a detailed database of available inventory and expected usage per project.
Research partner companies, competitor analysis and seek to negotiate best-price contracts to optimize costs.
Plan and implement supply chain optimization and improvement projects.
Material Requirements planning and monitoring (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly)
Optimizing Inventory Levels to align with dynamic market conditions (Scope – Raw Material / Packing Material / Stores / Spares & Consumables)
Train and manage other members of the Supply Chain team.
New vendors research, development & auditing.
Timely and accurate material MIS reports
Proper storage planning of materials and its safety
Negotiate best shipping rates with freight forwarder, shipping line and transporters.
Qualification & Experience:
MBA OR Master’s degree (preferably in Supply Chain)
8 – 10 years’ experience in Supply Chain with at least 4-5 years in equivalent position.
