It’s a first overseas plant for Indore Composite Private Limited, manufacturing products (FRP Rod / strength members) for Fiber optic cables an cdurrently is exporting 80 % of its capacity to countries like N. America, Europe, Russia, Africa and Asia. Leading the composite industry from last 25 years with 3 plants in India & 1 in Morocco.
Job Description:
- Predictive and preventive machine maintenance
- Planning and Execution of maintenance plans
- Resource Management – tools, equipment, machinery
- Developments and small modification for repetitive break downs
- Optimum Spare parts Maintenance
- Reporting recurring problem areas in machinery
- ISO/TS/ERP –Documentation
- Major focus on Breakdown maintenance & problem solving, trouble
- shooting
- Fixing/Repair drives, motors & calibration of tools & standard instruments.
- Maintain good health of all machines and equipment to ensure longer life
- Execute new installation project works
Qualification & Expérience:
Baccalaureat+2 / Baccalaureat+5 in Electrical / Mechanical field
At least 4-6 years in similar position.
Experience in using mechanical tools/welding machines etc, Fair English speaking, worked in manufacturing industry with similar complexity
